Almond (Prunus Dulcis) is a kind of nuts. It contains a lot of good substances for health. Almond contains magnesium, niacin, thiamin, zinc, iron, folic acids, fiber, riboflavin, selenium, and potassium. It also contains high calcium.
Besides it has a delicious taste, it also has a lot of advantages for body's health.
