Cauliflower (Brassica Oleracea) has a lot of benefits for health. It usually cooked as an addition of soup and other cuisines. Some of research shows that cauliflower has an anticancer substance that has a function to stop the growth of cancer cells in the body. It contains phytochemistry that called as sulforaphane that can fight the cancer cells, such as prostate cancer and colon cancer. Consume cauliflower routinely is better than get a chemotherapy that not good for the body. Sulforaphane known as a good substance to fight cancer. Sulforaphane can be found at cauliflower, broccoli and some similar vegetables.
