Durian (Durio Zibethinus) or The King Of Fruit is a tropical fruit, it has a delicious taste and smells good. Not only that, durian also has a lot of advantages for health.

Spinach (Amaranthus spp.) is very good for health. It has a lot of good contents for health, and also can prevents a lot of diseases. Spinach is good for a mother that give a breastfeeding to her baby, anemia patients, a bleeding patients, and a person that have a kidney problem. Old spinach is good for increase eyes' health and strengthen liver's functions.

Mahogany's fruits have flavonoid and saponin.

Saponin can prevent from plague, and also can reduce fat, increase immune, prevent from thrombosis, and strengthen the liver.
