Cantaloupe contains a lot of nutritions. It contains various vitamins, minerals and unsaturated fats. It contains vitamin C, fiber, carbohydrate, potassium, sodium, calcium, phosporus, iron, niacin, protein, polyunsaturated fat and absolutely a lot of water.
It also has a high betacaroten, it can fight free radicals and absolutely prevent from cancer and tumor. Cantaloupe is good for someone who has a diet program, because it can fulfill stomach longer. Besides has high betacaroten, it also contains vitamin A that good for eyes's health.
