The King Of Fruit contains vitamin B, C, E, iron, carbohydrate, fat, protein, fiber, calcium, phosporus, folate acid, magnesium, potassium, zinc, mangaan, copper, caroten, thiamin, niacin, and riboflavin. It also contains a lot of sugar.
